With Communigram, project participants organize their work using the methodology Business Communication Engineering (BCE), beginning by defining the "5 W’s of Communication":

• Who with who: Who works with Who as a "Supplier" to produce results?
• What Deliverables: What are the results that need to be produced, i.e. what exactly are the "Deliverables" of each activity?
• To Whom: Who is the "Customer" of the information?
• When: By When is the Deliverable needed?

The 5 W’s are planned by the project’s participants in a diagram called "Communigram" and kept up to date constantly ("Living Planning") using a decentralized methodological approach.

Our offering contains the following methodological modules:

These modules can be implemented through a combination of training sessions, practical consulting and coaching, and supported by the Communigram software tools.
