New Traffic Light Archiving Engine

To make sure people regularly review their deliverables, they are requested to set their traffic lights once a week, following the Communigram-BCE methodology.

In order to support this rule, traffic lights can be "archived" automatically by the Communigram Server. This means that at regular intervals, the Communigram Server will remove all current traffic lights and set them to "gray", thus indicating to all people working on these deliverables, and in particular the deliverable leader, that the traffic light needs to be reset.

The new traffic light archiving engine can be accessed through the administrative interface and allows the following settings:

  • Which traffic lights are reset to gray? (red, yellow, green)
  • Are also not-started deliverables archived?
  • How often does the archiver work? (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Starting on which date, at what time?
  • When is the next archive run scheduled?

By default, this service is active for all projects and is visible in the project properties panel into Communigram (Select the projet line, click the right mouse button and click on "Show/Hide details").
