Execution Privileges for Project Participants via myCommunigram

Execution Privileges for Project Participants are defined when the project is planned by adding dots (definition of responsibilities) and arrows (creation of "client-supplier" links).

In myCommunigram, each user who participates in the elaboration of a deliverable can:

• Access all existing documents in the "Finished Deliverables" column
• Send messages to other participants, to Suppliers and to Clients.
• Change the documents in the "Finished Deliverables" column (as long as the Deliverable is not finished)

Deliverable responsibles have additional privileges :

• Start the deliverable
• Ask for additional Deliverables (Inputs)
• Set the traffic light
• Send the finished Deliverable to the Clients
