How to Invite More People to Connect

To create further users in Communigram:

1) Create a new resource as shown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fill in the required information and save.

Create a New User

2) Create a corresponding user by entering "Enterprise/Admin/Users" (or select an existing one).

To create the resource, click New.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select the corresponding resource, then click OK.


Send Invitation to New User

3) Send an invitation to the user, so that he or she can create their own login to Communigram.

User Login is updated after the invitation is sent

After you send the invitation, the user login name is updated to reflect their e-Mail adress.

The user will receive this E-mail. He or she will need to follow the instructions to accept the invitation.

The user needs to fill out the requested data and click on the Activate the account button.
