It is part of your responsibility to make sure that all information you need to produce the deliverables you have been assigned to is planned for in the Communigram. If you notice that certain information you need as an input has not been included in the Communigram, you must make this known. You have two possibilities:

• Ask for this input at the next planning meeting (this way, the needed input will be added to the Communigram during the meeting)
• Enter needed input via your myCommunigram interface

To use the myCommunigram interface to ask for needed input, simply click in the "Target" column of the corresponding deliverable. You can then edit the "Input" field to list all input you need. After doing so, remember to set the traffic light of this deliverable to yellow and enter a comment that refers to the needed input you entered in the input field. This will ensure that your input needs are treated quickly.
