Creating a New Project
Upon choosing "Communigram/New" (Ctrl+N), you get to a dialog in which you can create a new project.
To create a new project, you need to define a name and an identifier (ID). You also need to define a node within the so-called Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) where the project will be created. To do so, click on the button next to the EPS field as indicated in the illustration below.
- Define Information to Create A New Project. The button circled in red allows you to define a Position within the EPS. Note: the name of the project will appear in the ?Activity? column in Communigram.
If you like, you can change the start date of the project (by default, the current date is suggested) or the end date of the project.
The explanation of the ?Duration Type? will be given later and should not be changed at this point (Fixed Duration and Units/Time is the default setting).
After you click on OK, the new project is highlighted in the Open-Dialog. The new project can now be opened at any time, also from other people disposing of sufficient access rights.
Opening a Communigram
