Printing
To print a Communigram, simply choose the "Print" command in the menu "Communigram" or click on the "Print" button on the toolbar.

A window appears in which a number of settings can be changed for the printout. Here you can e.g. select your printer, choose between color and black and white printing, or determine the layout. In addition, you can create a print preview in which you can navigate between the pages using arrow buttons. The zoom function allows you to zoom in and out of the printout to see if it will print as you expect.
After closing the window with "OK", the changes are applied to the settings. If you choose "Cancel" changes are not applied.

Generating PDF Printouts
Instead of printing a Communigram, you can also generate a PDF that you can print out or send via e-Mail. A d advantage of using this function is that the print quality is better than printing directly due to ?vector? technology.
To produce a PDF of the current Communigram, simply click on ?Generate PDF? in the ?Communigram? menu.
