Why don't you put the messages of myCommunigram in Outlook / Notes / ... ?

When you are working in many projects or a large project, it is easy to lose track of all the deliverables you are working on, and understanding which deliverable a person is referring to when they send you a message (e-mail) is even more challenging. When you receive messages in myCommunigram, you simply need to click on it and the deliverable it refers to is immediately highlighted. This would not be possible if you received the messages in another system.

However, there is good news for when you update to Communigram 4.2: you can access your Inbox from Communigram to quickly copy eMails (including attachments) to message threads in Communigram, and you can also send copies of Communigram messages via eMail (people can respond to these messages via eMail and their replies will be visible in Communigram)

I would like to have myCommunigram automatically open when I log in. How can I do this?

Communigram stores the settings of the way you set up your view at the moment you log off. However, if you leave Communigram by simply closing the browser, these settings do not get stored. So what you need to do is open the myCommunigram view and then "log off" by clicking on "Log Off" in the upper right corner of the application (on the toolbar). The next time you log in to Communigram, the myCommunigram view will automatically open.
