Exporting Actual Work Units (Hours) to Microsoft Excel
When Communigram users work in a project, they can enter the actual hours or days that they worked on producing their deliverables via myCommunigram.
The combined actual work hours or days (work units) can be exported to MS Excel for further use.
Preparing the Data for Export
To get the data ready for export, open the projects you are interested in.
Within the Communigram, you can now filter by task or WBS (subproject) to show only the data you are interested in (see Filtering).

Exporting to MS Excel
When you have generated the view as you need it, click on the pulldown arrow next to the toolbar, and choose "File", "Export actual work units for shown deliverables to MS Excel". This will export the data, taking into account which data you have filtered out, i.e. only the data that is shown at the moment of export will actually be exported to Excel.
