Within Communigram users can easily send e-mail to deliverable participants or clients by clicking on "Send e-Mail".

The corresponding recipients are loaded from the database and displayed together with their e-mail addresses. If you do not want to send an e-mail to one of the people in the list, simply remove the checkmark in the box. If there is no e-mail address for some of the recipients, you can add this information here (it will be stored in the database so that you do not need to enter it another time). The generated e-Mail shows up in your e-mail program and includes the reference number of the project and the deliverable, as well as the description of the activity and deliverable.
