myCommunigram gives you the possibility the proactively inform others about your progress in the project.
Following the Communigram methodology, each supplier must predict at least once per week whether the deliverable he or she is working on will tentatively be available in time (green), late (yellow), or even not at all (red). You can only set a traffic light if you are responsible for the deliverable. If you set a red or yellow traffic light, you must give a reason why the deliverable will not be available as anticipated.
In myCommunigram, you will also see the traffic lights of your suppliers and clients. This is to inform you quickly about the problems people you depend on?or depend on you?might be having, giving you a head start to do something about it.
If you see a yellow or red traffic light in myCommunigram, you can hover your mouse over it to see the comment that explains why the traffic light is set. For a better overview, yellow and red traffic lights are "aggregated" up, so that yellow and red traffic lights remain visible even when the project rows are collapsed. Of course, red traffic lights go over yellow traffic lights, so that if you see a red traffic light somewhere, you can drill in to find what caused it.

If you feel that you should get in contact with the people working on the deliverable, perhaps to ask them if you can help, you can easily find their contact details by hovering the mouse over the head of their respective columns. You can even send them an e-mail directly by clicking on the line of the deliverable, clicking the right mouse button, and choosing "Send e-mail / Participants" (see below).
