Communigram (Planner)
The software tool “Communigram” helps you plan the 5 W’s of Business Communication efficiently and intuitively. Who Needs to Communicate with Who? All deliverables, responsibilities and client-supplier relationships are defined by simply pointing, clicking, and filling out the blanks.
Plan the Production of Deliverables Throughout the Enterprise
In Communigram, you do not simply plan work, you also plan the exact result of each work package. For each task, the corresponding Deliverable can be defined in much detail so that the people doing the work know exactly what is expected from them. Furthermore, all corresponding documents can be included, such as e.g. lists of duties, work templates, etc.
Distribute Work and Delegate Responsibility
To define who does what, you can add people to the Communigram from an enterprise-wide pool of resources and assign them Deliverables to be done. Each person appears as a column in the Communigram and can be given responsibility for a Deliverable (large dot), be assigned to a Deliverable as a Participant (small dot), or be marked as to be “kept informed” on the progress of the Deliverable (small circle).
Define Client-Supplier Workflows
The arrows in Communigram indicate that Deliverables, once finished, are sent to the next person in line, aka the Client. By simply drawing arrows, you can plan that finished Deliverables are sent to all the people that need them for their own work.
