Send copy of message via e-Mail

Since some people may not regularly look into their myCommunigram, particularly when they are on the go, we have added the possibility to send a copies of a message you are writing in Communigram to the recipients' e-mail boxes. If you add documents to the message, these are transmitted as well as attachments.

All you need to do is to tick the e-mail checkboxes next to the people you want to send a copy of the e-mail to.

Reply to e-Mail copy of messages

When you receive a copy of a Communigram-generated message, you can actually respond directly to the e-Mail to reply to the message - just as if you were doing it from within Communigram!

What happens behind the scenes is that your e-Mail reply gets sent to the inbox of the Communigram server. The Communigram server then retrieves your e-Mail, determines which message you are replying to, and then inserts the content of your e-Mail as a reply to that message. Even attachments are transmitted and injected into the corresponding Communigram-messages.

There are several advantages of this:

  • Remain connected: in case you do not have your Communigram open, but you do have your e-Mail program running (Outlook, GMail, Yahoo, etc.), you still remain "connected" to what is going on in the Communigram. You can even reply to messages without leaving your e-Mail program, including document attachments.
  • Mobile: if you have e-Mails on your phone, you remain connected to your team even when on the go.
