One of the great ways to keep people in the loop with Communigram is by asking for a regular heads-up on whether or not they will be able to deliver on time using the traffic lights. But since people tend to forget, here is a great new feature: simply send them an automatically generated e-Mail to remind them!

But the best part is this: all the recipients need to do to set the traffic light is reply to the e-Mail. The Communigram server will receive the e-Mail and process the answer, just as if they had set the traffic light through myCommunigram!

For that,

• Select the deliverable (line) you are interested in and click on the right mouse button
• In the contextual menu that appears, click "Send e-mail requesting Traffic Light update"
