Traffic Lights and Comments

The traffic light function collects the anticipated progress of all deliverables. Following the Communigram methodology, each supplier must indicate at least once per week whether the deliverable, considering the current information the supplier disposes of, will be available in time (green), late (yellow), or even not at all (red). When setting a red or yellow traffic light, a reason must be given why the deliverable will not be available as anticipated. It is then the responsibility of the supplier's superior to find a solution together with the deliverable participants. Traffic lights are exclusively set by the respective responsibles via myCommunigram.

Using the Traffic Lights, the Expected Availability of the Deliverable is Stated by Each Supplier via myCommunigram

For yellow and red traffic lights, Communigram asks for a comment explaining why the deliverable will not be available as anticipated. This comment is visible to all people with access via Communigram or myCommunigram when the mouse hovers over a the traffic light.

For a better overview, yellow and red traffic lights are "aggregated" up, so that yellow and red traffic lights remain visible even when the project rows are collapsed. Of course, red traffic lights dominate over yellow traffic lights, i.e. you always see the "worst case" when collapsing lines in the Communigram.
