What is Communigram? It's a smart new way of planning and managing projects!
People and the interaction between them are recognized by most project professionals as the most important factor in project success. We therefore need an approach to visualize and organize people and their collaboration. Gantt bars and network diagrams (CPM, PERT, ...) simply do not allow this.
The starting point is a new methodology, called Business Communication Engineering (BCE). BCE was developed with industrial partners and tested in numerous projects. This methodology puts people and the communication between them into the center of all reasoning, and gets people to participate actively in the planning, controlling and updating of the project.
For this approach to be effective, all important aspects of project management which we call the 9 Dimensions need to be integrated into a single system. To do this efficiently, the Communigram tools were designed.

- The Communigram, even if used simply in paper form, shows shortcomings in the project plan or process flow, and can be used during execution to improve project and process performance through controlled communication
